• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

Account Eligibility

Registration & KYC Verification

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. All information submitted must be accurate and must match the identity documents you provide during KYC verification.

KYC verification is mandatory before pepsii77 will process any withdrawal request. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (where required by our compliance team)

pepsii77 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 2 business days of receiving complete documentation. You will be notified by email of the outcome. Incomplete or inconsistent documentation may delay the verification process. During this period, your Wallet Balance remains intact and your Account remains accessible for gameplay, but withdrawal requests will be held pending verification completion.

You are responsible for keeping your Account login credentials secure. pepsii77 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that result from your failure to maintain credential security.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on pepsii77 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment channels are currently supported:

• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other participating banks)
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ (cash-based deposits)
• USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM10. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player verification tier. Full details are available on the deposit screen within your Account.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available Wallet Balance (excluding locked Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements).
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes indicated on the withdrawal screen, which are indicative estimates only and may vary based on payment provider processing times, public holidays, and compliance review requirements.
• pepsii77 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for withdrawal requests exceeding RM10,000 per transaction.

pepsii77 does not charge internal processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees charged by payment providers (e.g., cryptocurrency network fees) are the Player's responsibility and will be deducted from the transaction amount where applicable.

Bonuses & Promotions

pepsii77 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual offer's terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered Players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each offer, which may include verification status, minimum deposit requirements, and geographic restrictions.
• Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before becoming eligible for withdrawal as real funds.
• Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• pepsii77 reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion, or to withdraw a promotion, with reasonable notice. Modifications will not retroactively affect bets already placed with Bonus Funds prior to the modification.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multiple-account exploitation, low-risk staking patterns intended to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play risk, and bonus account collusion — constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 8 and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless the offer terms explicitly permit stacking.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on pepsii77 — including slot games, live dealer table games, and sportsbook products — operate under independently audited rules and Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. Game outcomes are generated randomly and are not influenced by pepsii77 or its staff.

For sportsbook products, pepsii77 reserves the right to void bets or suspend markets in the event of:

• Obvious pricing errors or manifest errors in the displayed odds
• Confirmed or suspected match-fixing, event manipulation, or integrity concerns reported by recognised sports governing bodies
• Technical failures affecting the integrity of odds calculation or bet placement
• Incomplete events where settlement rules do not clearly apply

In the event a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet Balance. pepsii77 does not accept liability for loss of profits or any consequential losses arising from a voided bet.

Live dealer game results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the dealer and the game management system. If a technical disconnection occurs during a live game, pepsii77 will use the game server records to determine the outcome. The Platform's recorded result is considered definitive in all disputes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pepsii77 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of Wallet Balance and Bonus Funds:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or the identity of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using or attempting to use any form of automated betting software, bots, scripting tools, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusive betting, including coordinating wager placement with other Players to exploit promotional terms or manipulate game outcomes
• Participating in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, insider information trading, or sports event manipulation
• Conducting transactions designed to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes through the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pepsii77 staff or other Players through any communication channel
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited and using VPN, proxy, or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions

Responsible Gambling

pepsii77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices among all Malaysian players. We provide the following tools and measures to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Using the pepsii77 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or on any third-party platform

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pepsii77 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical interruptions
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from breach of Account security
• Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player during registration or KYC
• Consequences resulting from a Player's participation in online gambling in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted by local law

Where pepsii77 is found liable under applicable law, its total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's Wallet Balance at the time the claim arises.

pepsii77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are encouraged to maintain up-to-date security software on their devices.

Account Suspension & Termination

pepsii77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined under Clause 8
• The Account has been used in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable laws
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC
• Continued Account operation would pose a risk to pepsii77's compliance obligations or reputation

In cases of Account termination for cause, pepsii77 may withhold Wallet Balance and Bonus Funds pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, funds may be frozen in cooperation with relevant legal authorities.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Wallet Balance (excluding locked Bonus Funds) will be returned via the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.

Amendments to Terms

pepsii77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. In the case of material changes, pepsii77 will provide notice to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, unless earlier implementation is required by law or licensing obligations.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pepsii77 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pepsii77's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

pepsii77 maintains an internal dispute resolution process for all Player complaints. To initiate a dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the complaint. pepsii77 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a final resolution within 14 business days.

Malaysian Players should be aware that by using pepsii77, they acknowledge that any legal proceedings arising from their use of the Platform will be subject to the governing jurisdiction of pepsii77's licensing authority rather than Malaysian domestic courts.
